
I love seafood! I love seafood spaghetti! I also like tomato spaghetti, but the refreshing seafood spaghetti is more delicious. Seafood is very healthy and delicious, so I usually enjoy sushi or California rolls. (That picture is of when I made spaghetti vongole on March 10th.)
Why I enjoy Vongole so much
Sometimes I can see clams in Costco. The clams in this photo were also bought from Costco. Clams have a lot of taurine and minerals, so it is good for exhaustion. So I enjoy this food for my skin health and fatigue recovery.
Other foods that I enjoy with Vongole
And sometimes I enjoy vongole spaghetti with Caprese salad or Pizza. Caprese salad is a favorite dish of my husband and me. Vongole spaghetti with caprese salad and wine is the best! When eating with my kids, it's a good idea to enjoy it with pizza. (Because children hate salads.)"Good looking rice cake is good for eating"

In a Korean proverb, there is a saying, "Good looking rice cake is good for eating." That's why I think it's important to put food beautifully in a bowl. In that sense, clams are also the best in visuals. I feel good when I make food with clams. It's like I'm a famous chef!
Ingredients :
clams, dried spaghetti, olive oil, sliced garlic, dried red chillies, white wine
Spaghetti Vongole Recipe
This recipe is not very hard to make, but it moves very quickly, so you want to have all items ready for cooking. Follow these instructions in order:
- Put the pasta noodles in boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes.
- Put a generous amount of olive oil in the different pan. Then, crumble in dried red chilli and add sliced garlic and fry. Stir it around constantly.
- When the garlic starts to color, add clams and a little white wine. After about, continue mixing the pan until all clams are open.
- Add the boiled pasta noodles and mix. If you want you can add more black pepper and salt.

As you can see from the recipe I wrote above, this dish is quite easy. However, this food is very healthy and the visuals are also the best.
