A healthy Korean dish to enjoy during the hot summer season
Most Koreans eat foods that help them stay healthy during the hot summer season. They create dishes that are made from many healthy ingredients; one of these dishes is Samgye-tang.
Samgyetang has many healthy ingredients
Samgyetang is made of rice, garlic, ginseng.... and another healthy food....chicken! Each ingredient is helpful to your health...
- The chickens are made from 40 days, which is delicious and have a very high protein content.
- Ginseng is very good for you because it supports liver health.
- Glutinous rice warms the body and increases immunity.
Samgyetang is a bath full of good food, so it's a food that can help you last through the hot summer.
If you want to add more food, such as octopus, junbock, sesami powder, it becomes a strong super healthy food.

What to prepare
Baby chicken (I recommended that you peel off the skin), fresh ginseng, garlic, Glutinous rice, Pepper, Jujube, green onions, and Abalone.

- Prepare bowl in hot temperature
- Put cooked chicken (into ginseng, garic, rice, Abalone, octopus, jujube) into a smaller sized cooking pot to simmer for 30 minutes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Put chicken and soup into a bowl and top with minced green onion to serve.
- Prepare a set of salt shaker and pepper shaker on table.
Chicken is an American favorite food, and Samgyetang makes chicken delicious AND healthy, so I hope you have to cook this food.
