A Hobby to Release Stress.

I think a hobby is a way to get rid of my stress through what I like.
I have not been able to keep up with my hobbies since I gave birth to my children.
I can't remember what my hobby is anymore. So I needed a lot of time to think about it.

Hiking and reading books

When I was a young, I remember that my hobbies were hiking and reading books. My family went hiking every Sunday. I didn't like hiking very much, but I liked the food I ate under the mountain after hiking.

And I loved reading the books. When I was young, I read a lot of Korean history, world history, and science stories. And since high school, I fell in love with mystery novels and Korean historical novels.

Sudoku

When I was an office worker, my hobbies were watching movies, building Lego, puzzle, Sudoku game. I love solving numbers. And I love completing complex processes like Lego building and puzzles.

Now, my hobby is Sudoku game. Because Lego building and puzzles require time and space. So I enjoy playing Sudoku games that don't need time and space.

Sudoku game is a logic-based, combinatorial number-placement puzzle. In classic sudoku, the objective is to fill a 9×9 grid with digits so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 subgrids that compose the grid contains all of the digits from 1 to 9.
